Academic Requirements:
- Registered as an active student
- The Community Service (KKN) course is compulsory for students in the Diploma 4, S1 (Bachelor), and Professional Programs at Universitas Gadjah Mada, carrying 8 credits and requiring a minimum of 2 months or 288 hours of effective fieldwork
- Have completed at least 96 credits of lectures and practicums with no E grades
- Be registered as the Community Service-Community Development Learning (KKN-PPM) participants in the faculty, as documented in the Form of Study Plan (KRS) for the semester in which the KKN-PPM takes place
- In reference to the Circular Letter from the Vice Chancellor for Education, Teaching, and Student Affairs No. 3889/UN1.P.I/DIR-PP/DI/2020 regarding Data Filling of SIA Simaster, we hereby inform you about changes to the Study Plan Form system for the KKN-PPM UGM activities, as detailed below:

- KKN for period 1 is recorded in the Study Plan Form in the even semester
- KKN for period 2 is recorded in the Study Plan Form between semesters
- KKN for period 3 is recorded in the Study Plan Form in the odd semester
- KKN for period 4 is recorded in the Study Plan Form in the even semester
- Not currently enrolled in courses and practicum
- Are not in the pregnancy period (for female students)
- Verification of the list of prospective KKN-PPM participants is carried out by the faculty to the Directorate of Community Service (DPkM) through the faculty admin simaster.
- KKN-PPM activities are recognized for 8 credits, with the following details:

- UNU222001 KKN-PPM – 4 credits
- UNU222002 Community Communication – 2 credits
- UNU222003 Application of Appropriate Technology – 2 credits for students in the agro science and technology cluster, or UNU222004 Application of Knowledge Management – 2 credits for students in the social humanities and health cluster.
Administrative Requirements:
- The academic and administrative requirements of prospective KKN-PPM participants must be verified by the academic department of the faculty.
- Students must be verified as KKN-PPM participants by the Faculty Admin.
- Prospective KKN-PPM participants must attend debriefing, general tests, and KKN-PPM medical tests as scheduled.
- KKN-PPM participants are those who have been registered on simaster.ugm.ac.id, fully attended KKN debriefing, completed the General Test, and passed the health test.
